Verify a buyer-signed EIP-712 SessionPermit once and open a prepaid session: subsequent calls carry cumulative CallVouchers verified off-chain, so the whole session settles with one final voucher instead of one transfer per call. EXPERIMENTAL: disabled unless SESSION_CHANNELS=true on the deployment (fails closed with SESSION_CHANNELS_DISABLED otherwise). Session state lives in a per-session Durable Object; the permit's capTotal is additionally clamped by the deployment's per-channel budget limit. No funds move at open — funding proof is the rail adapter's job.

No API key needed for the free daily tier. When daily quota exhausts, the endpoint replies with HTTP 402 Payment Required specifying the exact USDC amount. Machines sign an EIP-3009 transfer on Base L2; human engineers buy card credits. Every paid execution returns a cryptographically signed XDR-1 receipt for zero-knowledge audit trails.
