Close the session with its highest cumulative voucher. The voucher is durably queued to the settlement-ops VoucherBuffer pattern (DO outbox, DLQ + alarm retry on dispatch failure) — record-before-respond, so a crash after ack cannot lose the settlement. EXPERIMENTAL: disabled unless SESSION_CHANNELS=true.

No API key needed for the free daily tier. When daily quota exhausts, the endpoint replies with HTTP 402 Payment Required specifying the exact USDC amount. Machines sign an EIP-3009 transfer on Base L2; human engineers buy card credits. Every paid execution returns a cryptographically signed XDR-1 receipt for zero-knowledge audit trails.

Response Format

Deterministic JSON payload fields: closed, settlement, settle_cumulative, remaining, scope. Paid responses also carry an offline-verifiable receipt object (XDR-1, secp256k1 signature recoverable to the authorized signer).
